Gif Creation

While I was continuing to learn code in my major, I thought it would do good to keep up with learning this new skill by taking an art class that taught HTML and CSS in the realms of art. One of the assignments was to create a gif. We looked at several different graphic designers but mainly French illustrator Malika Favre and her work to define how the assignment would go. We were each to create an image that would be turned into a subtle animation, which would then be turned into a gif. I sketched an image of a girl in the moments before a track and field race. I then brought the image into Illustrator, created the vector graphics, and then brought it into After Effects to animate. Scroll down to view the enlarged gif.
